Our Story
Zapalski Law was founded on a simple idea: clients are better served when their legal, tax, and financial needs are handled together rather than scattered across offices that never speak to one another.
A large portion of the firm's work is litigation — representing individuals and businesses in complex business disputes and other contested matters in Florida's state courts and in the federal courts. Alongside that courtroom practice, the firm handles general civil and criminal matters and offers comprehensive taxation, accounting, and business consulting, so clients get the best possible combination of services in one place.
Since 2002, we've helped clients navigate the situations that cause the most stress — lawsuits, criminal charges, IRS disputes, back taxes, tangled books, and the countless questions that come with running a business. If you have a question, we invite you to contact our office at any time. We look forward to working with you.
Meet Your Attorney
Attorney · Managing Partner
Christopher R. Zapalski is a Florida trial attorney and accounting professional who has been serving clients since 2002. He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.), a Master of Laws (LL.M.) — an advanced degree in law — and a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.), a rare combination of legal and business scholarship that sharpens his focus on tax and complex business matters.
Much of Chris's practice is litigation, representing clients in complex business disputes and other contested matters in state and federal courts, along with a broad range of civil and criminal cases. That courtroom experience, combined with his tax and accounting background, is the heart of the firm's approach: Chris can advocate for you in court, prepare and plan your taxes, keep your books in order, and stand between you and the taxing authorities as your attorney. Clients value his straightforward guidance, his discretion, and his willingness to take on the difficult situations others shy away from.
